The piece advances inside the machine via variable speed motorized rollers. Material is processed in 2 chambers. First, in the spraying chamber, the piece is sprayed with impregnation liquid; second, in the brushing chamber, brushes positioned horizontally and vertically to the direction the piece is moving in work to ensure that the impregnation liquid is distributed evenly over the piece. Excess impregnation liquid is caught, filtered and reused in the operating cycle. Finally, the wood section leaves the machine and stops on the output roller; here, the piece is taken and stacked.
